Introduction: Cupping therapy, an ancient yet effective treatment that has been used for centuries to promote healing and well-being has gained widespread recognition for its potential health and wellness benefits.
Course Description: Therapeutic/Spa Cupping Therapy using sterile Cups and tailored techniques to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Static Cupping techniques which are simple and effective for increasing blood flow. Gliding Cupping techniques that combine suction with massage-like movements for deep tissue relief and Flash Cupping techniques for quick suction-release-repeat for warming up tissues and enhance the relaxing massage effect.
Cupping therapy involves placing specialized cups on your skin to create suction, which increases blood flow and helps to remove toxins from your body. This non-invasive technique can be used to alleviate a wide range of conditions.
