Finding Hope and Connection at Camp Widow: An RCC Journey

We recently had the privilege of participating in Camp Widow, an event held in downtown Toronto, where our Registered Massage Therapy students from RCC brought their skills and compassion to the table. Guided by our experienced RMT instructors, these students offered massages to attendees, contributing to an atmosphere of healing and support.

Camp Widow, organized by Soaring Spirits International, serves as a unique gathering for those who have lost a spouse or partner, allowing them to rebuild their lives with the support of a caring community. With its combination of conference, retreat, and reunion elements, attendees from around the world come together to share their journeys, embrace healing, and find renewed hope.

Our presence at Camp Widow gave us a firsthand look into the profound impact of this event. It’s not just about healing bodies; it’s about uplifting spirits and fostering connections.
